Refund and Cancellation Policy
At FlippingSoft, we strive to ensure a smooth and secure experience for both buyers and sellers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for transactions made through our platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. General Policy
All transactions on FlippingSoft are final. However, in certain circumstances, refunds or cancellations may be granted as outlined in this policy. Both buyers and sellers are encouraged to communicate clearly and conduct due diligence before finalizing a transaction.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Buyer Refund Eligibility
A buyer may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The seller fails to transfer ownership of the product as agreed.
- The product significantly deviates from the description provided in the listing.
- The product contains malware, unauthorized modifications, or is unusable due to issues caused by the seller.
- The seller cannot verify legal ownership of the product.
2.2 Refund Request Process
- Buyers must submit a refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The refund request should include:
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
- Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, communication logs, or product details).
- Refund requests can be submitted via email/contact form link.
2.3 Seller Responsibilities in Refunds
- If a refund request is approved, the seller must cooperate to resolve the issue or refund the payment.
- Failure to resolve refund disputes may result in account suspension or removal from FlippingSoft.
2.4 Escrow Refunds
- If an escrow service is used, refunds will be processed through the escrow system, ensuring the protection of both buyers and sellers.
- Funds will be released back to the buyer only if the claim is deemed valid after review by FlippingSoft or the escrow service provider.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Buyers
- Buyers can cancel a transaction before the payment is processed or ownership transfer begins.
- Once ownership has been transferred or a product is delivered, cancellations are no longer permitted unless eligible for a refund (see Section 2).
3.2 Cancellation by Sellers
- Sellers can cancel a listing or transaction under the following circumstances:
- The buyer fails to complete payment within the required time.
- There is a technical issue or error in the listing.
- Legal or ownership disputes arise that prevent the sale.
3.3 FlippingSoft’s Right to Cancel
FlippingSoft reserves the right to cancel any transaction or listing in the following situations:
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- The product violates FlippingSoft’s policies or applicable laws.
- Disputes between buyers and sellers cannot be resolved.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Buyer changes their mind after completing the transaction.
- The buyer fails to conduct proper due diligence before purchasing the product.
- The buyer does not meet the technical requirements to use the product.
- Any issues arise after the agreed ownership transfer is completed and accepted by the buyer.
5. Refund Processing Time

6. Dispute Resolution
